      <description>&lt;p&gt;I would probably use Cream or Vim. I haven&amp;#8217;t used an IDE in years, so I&amp;#8217;m used to just using an awesome text editor. Failing that, there&amp;#8217;s probably a D plugin for Eclipse.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
